Friends & Family Concert

Hello,

Below are the details for the F&F concert on Wednesday evening.

Performing In :- The Upper Gallery

Car Parking :- F&F will have use of the college car park as usual

Meet time :- 6.30pm and then please go upstairs to find your places

Performance starts :- 7.15pm - 7.45pm

Break :- 7.45pm - 8.15pm (at 8.10pm please make your way back upstairs)

Performance part 2 :- 8.15pm - 8.45pm

Secure storage :- Please keep valuables to a minimum, some items can be put in the office

Folders :- Black with a yellow insert (more inserts will be there on Wednesday)

Dress Code: :- Black dresses or trousers (yellow ties and flowers will be provided)

Rehearsing :- If you would like to rehearse before the performance please see the Web Site

Please remember that we are paying the usual £5 subs on the night. If you could bring the correct amount that would be very helpful.

For Health and Safety reasons do not clog up the stair area at any time. Please be aware of this as there are at least 130 F&F and choir members on the night.
